In order to protect vulnerable residents in our nursing facilities, we will be testing everyone in the 21 facilities in SF every 2 weeks. These locations have been the source of major outbreaks throughout the country & we're doing everything we can to protect residents and staff.

Please have the same level of concern and energy to help our vulnerable residents who have nowhere to live. Put them in hotel rooms and test all folks in shelters.

Homeless Zombie Apocalypse Retweeted T Wolf

A man who works with SF homeless, Tom Wolf, reports that San Francisco is giving alcohol, marijuana, and methadone for free, to homeless in hotel rooms who identify as addicts. This enabling of addiction by government is profoundly unethical and wrong!https://twitter.com/MyTwolffamily/status/1256422411970375681 …

I just found out that homeless placed in hotels in SF are being delivered Alcohol, Weed and Methadone because they identified as an addict/alcoholic for FREE. You're supposed to be offering treatment. This is enabling and is wrong on many levels. @SF_DPH @sfbos @LondonBreed

Would’ve been great if this had been done weeks ago. 40%+ deaths in CA are nursing home relatedhttps://www.google.com/amp/s/www.latimes.com/california/story/2020-04-29/california-coronavirus-related-deaths-nursing-homes%3f_amp=true …

Thanks! We need this for DV shelters too. After fleeing life-threatening violence the social support of other DV survivors and staff so important—so these sites will need to stay congregate. Surveillance testing in *all* congregate settings needed. (SNF, shelter, jail, prison )🙏🏼
