Keep giving out the free services and they’ll keep coming. It’ll never stop. The solution is to stop investing in the homeless industry and start investing in small business, children; people with actual futures. Any cent poured into the homeless industry is wasted.

I am sorry, but in the richest city in America, we can do better than RV's. I know plenty of sick, vulnerable patients who will not do well in RV's. We are surrounded by Twetter, Uber, Zendesk, Linkedin, etc in 1 mile radious. We can do better. We are in it together, right?

Of those 1000, how many are homeless? I'm glad we're providing hotel rooms for healthcare workers. But how many hotel rooms have been provided to homeless, as the supes unanimously required you to? And why are golf courses being reopened instead of used for temporary campsites?

A partial answer, courtesy of the hard-working reporters of
@MLNow. Thanks, folks. I remain curious why golf courses are being reopened for rec rather than shelter in place temporary campsites. More curious now, since SFPD is hassling the campsites by UN Plaza / Civic Center.pic.twitter.com/ZmDI1wl9ft
