You’ll have to address big businesses coming in and buying multiple homes with all cash. No working class family can compete with that. They want to rent them out and flip them when hard working people just want to buy a run down house because maybe they can afford that.

New housing is important. Affordable housing is important for all people. Thank you for working on this complex problem.

Thank you, Mayor! Will late fees be waived for the upcoming May 1 rent? Some landlords are still charging or threatening late fees saying that your provision allows it and it’s upsetting me and homegirl

Would be freaking awesome if middle class can afford SF housing!!! You have to either have a 200k job or have 10 million people living with you.
