SF county pop. ~900k. ~1400 positive cases from ~15k tests w/23 deaths. Deaths are .00003% of population. We need a reopening plan. Hospitals should start seeing patients again. Many folks are waiting on critical services deemed 'elective'.
Yes, where is the plan? We need time to prepare. If restaurants/retail need temperature checks and/or other protocols, tell us now. Giving people only a week or two heads up is going to cause ordering panic. It doesn't have to be tied to timeframes, but we need a plan.

While I support your efforts, please don’t be nonchalant about folks inability to pay rent in May. If your going to force businesses to stay closed, then there should be a city wide moratorium on rent for the month of May. Otherwise, we’re not in this together. Just sayin
