We flattened the curve all over California, why can't we safely open this up, we are ruining small business owners.

Because we are trying to avoid a spike which could be very detrimental to our citizens. San Francisco is a destination city. Once opened, people will travel here from all over the U.S. bringing with them risk of carrying the virus... you understand right?

It is still unknown if those infected: * Will have immunity from being re-infected * If immune, how long it will last * If they completely rid the virus or if it hides and can come back like Chicken Pox does * If like Dengue, a second re-infection is worse and potentially fatal
