There were a lot of ppl out and about in groups and no masks in the castro/mission Dolores/ diamond heights districts today.

Also in the tenderloin community, no mask, no social distancing whatsoever

I haven't the other shelters and navigation centers been tested for coronavirus. you shouldn't make excuses why testing can't be done it's on UCSF for them to figure out if they can or can't test because of supplies.
