@LondonBreed how are people without a car expected to get to the testing site? People have been taking taxi cabs and ride shares and public transit (though that's now been cut) - what's the guidance here? -
There are plenty of transportation alternatives for those in need... you just need to seek them out...

Hey there Mayor! A major help to the vulnerable in this city would be a freeze on rent and mortgage payments until people are able to go back to work. A moratorium on evictions is a half-step that will lead to more problems. PLEASE do what’s right for your citizens.
