Hi, Mayor. I'd appreciate if you could help. I just talked with my former neighbor whose TV was out of service. So, he doesn't know what is going on. He is a senior, has issues of health (Eye sight e.t.c) What can I suggest him? I am currently in Japan, can't help him.
