This could happen in phases. Phase one could be mass serology testing of. All SF city employees. Mail them the test, they take at home. Then the city workers can help on the front lines with more confidence.

Thank you for this. You mentioned that you’ll be looking at essential business over this weekend...please think about doing an audit on all organizations in the city of SF and whether or not they are being reasonable on defining what is “essential work.”
