Many of the “essential businesses” I’ve patronized in the Bay Area during the #ShelterInPlaceCA order do not seem to be limiting entrants to ensure #SocialDistanacing. Why isn’t this mandated based on building occupancy @LondonBreed @GavinNewsom @CAgovernor @CAGovOps

I am proud of the work SF is doing to flatten the curve however I’m seeing inconsistency in application from businesses. Some Safeway locations limiting and having 6ft apart lines outside, some a free-for-all). Is there precedence to move from guidance to mandate?
