Presidential administration claiming all will be “back to normal” by April 12th, will SF’s shelter in place exceed that date?

Nothing will be back to normal by mid April. I hope it is extended. We hadn’t seen the worst if this pandemic.

By the way,shouldn’t the Bay Area have enough hospital capacity in case of the big earthquake anyway?The health departments couldn’t do that,but it’s fine for them to decimate us economically.Of all the states we should not be have razor thin hospital margins.
