Is there a practical FAQ about what folks in the city can/can't should/shouldn't do? Don't understand how restaurants can be open for takeout/delivery if people can't walk/ride/drive to deliver or walk/ride/drive out to pick up.

My lease is up this weekend, will I still be able to move? Movers aren't sure if they'll be able to.
