Are you going to get arrested for going for a jog, or walking a dog...some clarity, besides sending people to a dense 10 page legal document is needed.

Why is it that in Alameda County and Contra Costa County, Superior courts are closed, but in SF the Superior Court is still open and greedy landlords are still moving full speed to evict seniors/disabled with Ellis Act! Landlords can get judge to evict on 5 day summary judgment.
