Yes you can! Just be sure to keep at least 6 feet of distance between you and other people.
Cancel ticketing and street cleaning. Unless someone is parked in an illegal spot you shouldn't punish people for following your directive of staying in doors. Ticketing someone for not moving their car from in front of their home is NOT an ESSENTIAL function of this city.

Childcare providers are permitted to keep working/remain open, but must keep children in groups no larger than 12 (consisting of the same 12 children).
