Mayor, the only solution here is a city-wide lockdown. Much better to do it planned now and take the heat for being early then wait until bodies pile up outside SF General. You either choose it or it will choose you.

SF went from 18 cases on Thursday to 28 yesterday. This almost certainly underestimates extent due to lack of testing. But at this pace, there will be 1,500 cases in SF by 4/1. The entire Bay Area has only ~1,500 ICU beds.
