A few years ago, a concept to redevelop Fort Scott (near GGB) in Presidio that would add high-density (tall) mixed use with housing, underground parking while transforming old barracks, all around a cross-sector leadership campus with tech, rec and public safety was rejected.

What about these same people who do not “self quarantine” and instead ride BART or MUNI while being visibly symptomatic? Do BART police have authority to remove? If not should anyone ride BART or MUNI during this Coronavirus season?
