Presumably presumptive positive means they haven't gotten test results?

This distinction smells like dissemblance... presumptive means tested positive at state or local lab, vs confirmed to indicate tested positive only by the CDC. Soon enough CDC won't have the bandwidth to 'confirm' all the local tests, if every locality is doing what it should..
So adopting these burdensome bureaucratic semantics does nothing for the people. We need to know the who what when and where of each cluster as its being aggressively mitigated. We need leadership and implementation of social distancing NOW to buy our healthcare system more time
