Let any city office worker *who can* work from home. This will help to protect anyone who cannot. Fewer people in the streets the better. We ask tech companies to let employees do this, why cannot the city lead the way?

Why are you hiding information such as where they live and or work, where and when they may have been exposed, how many secondary exposures are being monitored? San Francisco should model its public information management on Singapore's example rather than Donald Trump's!
