Hopefully it includes affordable homeownership not poverty trap rentals and market rate unaffordable condos. We need affordable homeownership and supportive housing, not government backed market rate housing that goes vacant while folks struggle.

Work to eliminate zoning. Building restrictions cause urban sprawl and high prices. Humans will voluntarily live at higher densities if you allow them to. Long commutes hurt young families and the environment.
