We do not know all the facts of the case at this moment and what will transpire through this investigation going forward. Nothing matters more than the public trust, and each and every one of us who works for the City must hold ourselves to the highest standard.

If guilty, our laws should be changed for crimes against the citizens of SF. No pension, heath care for life. He would probably not commit the crimes if that was on the line.

Maybe you’ll start listening to what many have been telling you since day #1 of your tenure. Open your eyes. There are reasons one of the world’s wealthiest cities has crumbling roads. It doesn’t have to be this way. Time for a “back to basics” approach to good governance.
