But that's not all. I also announced that we'll be opening another 2,000 placements over the next two years. This means more supportive housing, drop-in centers, behavioral health treatment & shelters. We simply need more places for people to go and we're going to create them!

San Francisco needs more DRUG TREATMENT centers and MENTAL HEALTH care for those living on the street and incapable of making rational decisions. (i.e. the reason why they're on the streets in the first place)
