Where are you building Permanent Supportive Housing and when does it open? 7 years? What about Mental Health SF? 10 years? As they said in graduate school, if you didn’t draw it, detail it, and show it — it isn’t real.
Navigation Centers are important, but let's be clear that they're just one part of addressing homelessness, which is why we're also building more permanent supportive housing, affordable housing, and investing in Mental Health SF. We also need to stop the influx of homeless from other areas. The many factors of homelessness need to be addressed on a multi-county level;not just SF. I'm particularly concerned w/ the mentally ill. I was hit over the head near opera house & had to go to ER by a "screamer".
