Big news today as the courts denied the last remaining claim in the lawsuit challenging the construction of the SAFE Navigation Center on the Embarcadero! By the end of the year the Nav Center will be open and operating, helping people get the care and shelter they need!

So i was just in the city in Sept. And i was in Portland Or. In july. There are more homeless on the street of portland than i saw around the Embarcadaro. So yes. By the way. Those toilets have Been up for 12 years.
