When people have a clean, safe restroom available, they'll use it. It’s certainly a necessity, no restrooms in the BART station is unbelievable, great the city is taking the initiative. Restaurants we’re getting the brunt of this prior.

Thank You!! Could you please include in the budget ,shelter blankets that can keep a human warm?! Right now shelters get thin tablecloths as blankets,something you throw over a sweaty horse after a long gallop.Freezing & bird portions of food = non-human
