In San Francisco, we too often allow for endless appeals and delays that prevent us from making positive change in our community. To be blunt: we allow ourselves to get in our own way.

Years of work, dozens of community meetings, unanimous approval by the Planning Department, and unanimous approval by the Board of Supervisors. Met with another appeal. Housing: Implement serious reform policies like the Mayor attempted with the Streamlining Charter Amendment (https://medium.com/@LondonBreed/getting-serious-on-100-affordable-and-teacher-housing-f00f1d6190e7 …). Support SB-50 at the State level. Small Business: Build on the progress we've made to streamline permits, reduce burdensome fees & regulations.
