In San Francisco, we too often allow for endless appeals and delays that prevent us from making positive change in our community. To be blunt: we allow ourselves to get in our own way.

Allowing for public input is a good thing. Bureaucracy, endless red tape, and allowing for every change relating to housing or small businesses to be appealed is not. Let's expand our small business streamlining legislation and create a system that encourages new housing.

Years of work, dozens of community meetings, unanimous approval by the Planning Department, and unanimous approval by the Board of Supervisors. Met with another appeal.
