Another important step is to re-shape the permit processes that are way too and anti-development. Please merge the DBI building department with the Planning Department, and eliminate 311 processes. Neighbors have way too much say in the process.

I appreciate your efforts on affordable housing, but I believe that City Hall needs to realize that they’re own laws are at fault for the slow construction of much needed housing. We need to allow taller buildings, and ignore neighbor pushback.
