Thank you for recommending driver safety and not putting a burden on pedestrians for high-viz clothing or making eye contact: drivers have the duty to watch for all pedestrians.

Pedestrians still need to make eye contact or show intent before crossing at crosswalks not controlled by a signal. Don’t run out between parked cars. Don’t jaywalk. It’s not a burden.
