Under Dr. Anton Nigusse Bland's guidance, we're taking immediate steps, including: -Connecting the most vulnerable people with care coordinators & individualized treatment plans. -Expanding hours at Behavioral Health Access Center -Streamlining housing & healthcare services.
The City is also enacting new conservatorship laws for people who are unable to care for themselves & investing $50m in new behavioral health services, which will open 100 new additional treatment beds. We can and we will solve this crisis.
