Conservatorship allows people who are suffering from severe mental health & addiction issues to get the care & shelter they need rather than cycling between our streets, hospitals & the criminal justice system. Just admit you want people off the street by any means necessary. If you cared about these people, you'd have been for, not against, Prop C, which had substantial behavioral health funding.
