How about empowering the police to crack down on drug use and public encampments? Construct public use restrooms that are free? Incentivize treatment with food vouchers? Replace muni drivers with automated rail, and assign them to street sanitation?

Its a little too late for that ! Unfortunately the current policies DO NOT Allow people that that have Chronic Illness and are HOMELESS any type of Housing Services . This has been a known factor for Decades ! Deeds , Not Words Madame Mayor
