This summer, we launched @opps4allsf, providing paid internships for local youth with a focus on equity, inclusion, and mentorship. We set out to prove that when we provide these opportunities for our young people, they succeed. They create a new normal for future generations.

What about a program like this for older or nontraditional students from City College of San Francisco? Innovation and opportunities should also be given to those who need it. There are far too many adults and seniors who never got equity, inclusion, mentorship. What can we do?
I agree.. Getting the new work force ready. Money management time, management ,learning to save, learning how to navigate the job sector, creating work history, and possibly group economics. A job well done to you and your team.
