sooo why is city college cutting trade classes at their campuses that give low-income students or people with a troubled past a second chance at a better life? Seems pretty short-sided to me

Are you going to give stipends to teachers in Santa Rosa at SRJC who are teaching students from San Francisco to come up to our school because it’s so far superior to Ciry College?? Because I sure could use the money! Are used to live in San Francisco but can’t afford it
