Many city employees commute up to 2 hours each way to work here because of housing costs, while the MHOCD scams folks in to $800 HOA costs on $2400 mortgages when you have to make under $82k to even qualify.

SF & California desperately needs large scale mental health facilities to house the mentally ill. Many need to be institutionalized and laws need to be updated to ethically address this issue. What have you done on updating these laws @LondonBreed & @GavinNewsom
