  For the average homeless person receiving $500 per month in GA, living on the street with all the home-like conveniences the city provides is why many stay homeless.

  We (Sf leadership) should invest in permanent solutions in troubled neighborhoods. Creating a cleaning/restroom facility in a empty store front where the people can come, use the rest room, take a show maybe even get a hair cut or basic medical services....what if??
