Today I met with community members and our Homeless Outreach Team in the Bayview to discuss some of the challenges facing the neighborhood and the need for our proposed 200-bed SAFE Navigation Center. The efforts you have been putting in to fix the homeless and other issues with addicts and mental health is incredible. Yet I can attest that alot of places for rehabilitation, navagation services are not following the condition set forth by DPH.

This particular location where your at,1890 Evens, there was just a sweep that took place within 30days to clear way for
