super important; thank you! Unfortunately, that map shows many streets (like JFK in GG Park) that are *unprotected.* Paint is NOT protection—we must have permanent barriers/posts/curbs to save lives.

Protecting bike lanes is a good start. But people driving cars recklessly need more than painted bike lanes and plastic sticks to stop them

Why am I not impressed? Nothing in D3. The Marina is a null set. The Hub is a kill zone. Valencia Street is still a promise. The Embarcadero is still a freeway. The Mission is still crazy. We could do much better. This is pathetic.pic.twitter.com/q48z7Y2SnG

Protected is NOT paint and plastic. Move the parking lane over and let the vehicles that clog our streets snd run over our friends be the front line of defense for cyclists.

Not too optimistic about getting people out of their cars in our great state.

Let me guess..by continuing to raise Muni prices while doing NOTHING to improve a broken system. Even Muni drivers have told me they have NO contingency plans for when trains break down/delays.
