As long as residents are not forced to drink recycled water, recycling projects are good.....

Everyone on this Earth already drinks "recycled" water from the beginning of time. It's the hydrologic cycle. Technology allows us to help speed up the process. Lucky for us! In addition to providing clean water, our agencies also keep prices below what the true cost of water.
