We have to get rid of the barriers that get in the way of building new homes, including in-law units. Tell me. I’ve been waiting 2.5 years to get permits to build a few units. The ones that I built triggered a bunch of other unnecessary upgrades like new sidewalks and trees. On top of that, we got hit with a property tax reassessment, which wiped out any value created.
