If this is such an improvement for the people you're hoping to serve, how come the linked article doesn't include any comments from folks currently parked on the street saying things like "this sounds great, I'd love to move there from my current location".

Kudos for building neighborhood community support for the site, that's great! What concerns me is the notion that this site might be used an excuse for forcing people out of the tough situation they're in to somewhere even worse.
