Can all the severely mentally ill homeless people be put into a psychiatric hospital? I saw one severely mentally ill homeless man trying to grab women walking by Mint plaza this morning.
We just passed legislation with Sup. @RafaelMandelman to strengthen the City's conservatorship laws.
