Calling it “SAFE” does not magically bestow safety on it. @SF_HSH has utterly failed at keeping the other ones safe, clean or respectful of the neighborhood.
Moving forward! This SAFE Navigation Center is an important step to helping our homeless residents off the street and into care and shelter. We simply need more resources, more Nav Centers, and more affordable housing. After this navigation center is built, there will still be homeless on the streets, feces and needles on our sidewalks and playgrounds, and our tax dollars will be lining the pockets of the developers who contribute to Breed’s campaigns and got the contract to build the center.
