If SF cannot begin building for at least 3 years, then voters should look at this as a fail. Modify construction plans of an existing structure, look for a 0 percent bridge loan from industry and foundations, then break ground in 12 months or less.

Meanwhile the Schlage Lock Project that was to build thousands of units, many affordable, right in front of transit, has been stalled for 3+ years in bureaucracy and permit mazes. Please look into your own city Dept’s as to how to move these projects along.
