The Board of Supervisors just approved our conservatorship legislation! Moving forward, we'll be able to provide the care and treatment that people who are suffering on our streets from severe mental illness and substance use issues need.

huh, not really....a very watered down version....that the HD says "MIGHT" help 5 people. Tell me a year from now how many people were helped.
Thanks @LondonBreed, @Scott_Wiener and others. It is not humane to keep on the streets all that people that clearly cannot take basic care of themselves and live a decent life, and are a danger to themselves and others. Finally, some common sense.
