As someone who grew up in public housing, I’ve known these conditions. That is why today's announcement was not just about the investments we are making in our upcoming budget. It’s also about the commitments behind those investments.
Our job is to be accountable to everyone in this City, not just those who have the time to come to City Hall. This budget is part of our commitment. Together, we’ll build a stronger, more resilient San Francisco. A San Francisco for all.
I'd love to see these written down as SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant - if you meet these goals, will it really solve the issues?Time based- when are each of these steps supposed to happen? As a taxpayer we've heard versions of the same.
When you’ve fired a half dozen senior people, who demonstrably are ineffective in their positions, you’ll have our attention.
THAT would be #accountability for them, and you, Madam Mayor.
