  You must have zero tolerance for hard drug use in Sf. Not good for the health of the person or the health of our city. Many if not most commit crimes to support the hobbit and also do criminal acts while high. Without any positive aspects they are a drain on the city.

  That’s great. Honestly it’s tiring having guests visit the city and leave with the biggest takeaway being the smell of urine and aggressive heroin use when walking around/using public transport. It’s embarrassing.
