And yet you opposed Prop C, which would have prevented thousands of people from losing their homes and would have built and secured housing for thousands more. There is a difference between "action now" and only supporting bills from your political allies.

SB 50 is a trickledown solution that won’t change a thing. It is a bill crafted for developers and does nothing to address improving a transportation infrastructure to support much more housing. SB 50 will displace the lower income people for 2k per square foot condos. Do better.
