Why not to work on simplifying legislation to build more housing for everyone and use those $500M to pay teachers (and other underpaid important for the city professionals) more? So everyone could decide where they want to live.

Why not put a moratorium on “luxury” apartments? Seems these developers are only interested in making big bucks and don’t care about the fall out of the projects they propose.

Another thing to consider is where the housing is placed. A lot of people don't have cars and it takes a long time on public transportation to get to most better paying jobs if its on the outskirts, and grocery shopping needs to be easier

The city attorney could make sure we are all in Medicaid trusts
