I wish someone could explain why it’s ok to suggest putting nav centers in desirable, expensive, heavily touristed locations but not ok to suggest locating shelters and services in less expensive, ie more economical/efficient, locations.
This is one important step in our plan to address homelessness in San Francisco, but there is so much more to do. My guess is there will be more human feces on the street in your city next year. And then more the year after that. Chicago certainly has our problems, but at least I'm not walking on human shit three out of every four steps...
