this is why I'm hoping for lawsuits because that is one way to get information that might not otherwise be available and could eventually be entered into the public record with court documents, so it would be a larger public benefit and an educational process for more people

Seems hypocritical to ignore the safety concerns of women in east SoMa while refusing to install a single bench out front of City Hall or in Civic Center Plaza for fear of who may use the seat. Why no benches at City Hall?
